Vision Finance Asset Management Limited ("VFAM") is the flagship of Vision Finance Group's asset management business and holds an Asset Management (Type 9) license and an Advising on Securities (Type 4) license granted by the Securities and Futures Commission in Hong Kong. Vision Finance Group is Hong Kong-based financial service company with one of the characteristics being that most of the core staff members are mainland Chinese who have been educated overseas and highly experienced in the investment banking industry. The member companies of the Group conduct businesses in corporate finance, securities brokerage, private equity investment and asset management.
