The key team members of VFAM have an excellent combination of both Chinese and western education backgrounds with rich practical experiences in the business world for many years which enable us to make investment decisions relating to China concept shares quickly, correctly and successfully. The profile of the key team members is as follows:

Mr. Hu Yebi,  is the Chairman and Founder of Vision Finance Group Limited, a boutique investment bank focusing on M&A of HK listed companies. Mr. Hu earned his BSc in Electronics in Hunan University, Master in General Management in Beijing Technology University and MBA in International Management School of the Netherlands. Graduated in 1989, Mr. Hu first worked with PBI Securities in Amsterdam as an Analyst. In 1994, he joined DBS and became the Managing Director, and successfully made DBS one of the ten largest overseas securities companies in Hong Kong, especially in the B-Share market, and thus earned the nickname "King of B-Share" in the financial field of Hong Kong and China. Furthermore, Mr. Hu once hosted a financial TV program in Phoenix Channel, from which his humorous style and broad financial knowledge deeply impressed the general public. In early 2002, Mr. Hu led his DBS team to form Partners Capital International Limited ("PCIL") and made PCIL one of top 5 HK investment banks active in small to medium sized HK IPO deals. Mr Hu is the author or co-author of several famous financial books. 

Dr. Clive Zhang, has over 13 years of experiences in fund management industry and is good at due diligence and financial analysis on companies in a wide range of sectors in China.  Dr. Zhang once worked for Partners Capital Fund Management Ltd as Chief Investment Officer and for Bank of China Investment Limited as senior manager where he managed a portfolio of private equity investments.  Before joining the BOC, he had worked as a direct investment manager for the Guangdong Development Fund which was listed on the London Stock Exchange. Dr. Zhang was born in China and holds a PhD degree in Economics from the University of Nottingham in England.

Mr. Niu Zhongjie, George, Mr. Niu was born in Jiangsu and obtained his bachelor degree from Nanjing Normal University in Chinese. Mr. Niu further studied in the US and obtained his MBA from University of Missouri. Then Mr. Niu also earned his MBA from University of Hong Kong. Mr. Niu first worked in a private equity arm of a listed subsidiary of China Resources Enterprises Limited where he involved several mega M&A deals. Mr. Niu then joined DBS as senior manager with his duties including corporate finance, IPO, undertaking, and M&A. Mr. Niu actively participated in IPO projects and B Share projects in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Mr Niu co-founded Partners Capital International Limited with Mr. Hu in early 2002 and Vision Finance Group Ltd in June 2006.

Mr. Liu Xueheng, Mr. Liu was born in Beijing and completed his high school education in Beijing. With a full score on his TOFEL exam, Mr. Liu studied abroad for his Bachelor degree in Canada where he received the Greg Richards Award for his distinguished academic studies. Mr. Liu also received his MBA degree from Cambridge University in the UK. In China, Mr. Liu had conducted import and export business, and he had set up his own trading company and advertising company.  In England, Mr. Liu acted as the business consultant for Standard Chartered Bank, Royal Cambridge Hotel, and All Cells Co. After his study in England, Mr. Liu came to Hong Kong, firstly working as Assitant to CEO in a listed company, and then joining DBS as senior manager in 2000 with his duties in equity investment, corporate finance, IPO listings and M&A,. Mr. Liu had participated actively in IPO projects and B Share projects in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Mr. Liu also co-founded Partners Capital International Limited with Mr. Hu in early 2002 and Vision Finance Group Ltd in June 2006.
